A highly successful return to in-person conferences for PEP, including a high-level policy conference on The Future of Work in the Global South.
From June 3-6, PEP brought together more than 160 people to explore a variety of aspects of policy research on topics ranging from education and youth employment, to renewable energy for sustainable agriculture and improving equitable access to healthcare.
Researchers, practitioners, international experts, representatives of donor and international organizations, and policy actors from 29 countries attended the event. The conference comprised sessions presenting PEP research for discussion and peer review, research communications training, and the flagship 2024 Policy Conference on The Future of Work in the Global South.
