Natalia Cantet is an incoming postdoctoral fellow at the School of Public Health at Augusta University. Prior to joining the university, she was a visiting assistant professor at the University of South Carolina and a professor at the School of Finance, Economics, and Governance at Universidad EAFIT. She has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research agenda focuses on the economics of health, education, and applied microeconomics. She has conducted fieldwork for several projects in East Africa, Colombia, and the United States. She has been a consultant for the IDB and local nonprofit organizations.
