Marjorie Alain is the Director of Engagement, Impact and Monitoring & Evaluation (also formerly Director of Communication) at PEP since 2010. In this capacity, she has designed and leads a program to facilitate engagement and communication between local researchers and policymakers at the national level. She has also worked directly with government institutions, mainly in West Africa, to improve practices related to the use of scientific evidence in policy advisory processes. Marjorie holds a master's degree in international development from Université Laval.
