Acting Country Lead,Edtech Hub
Madleen Frazer is a Senior Analyst at Open Development and Education (OpenDevEd) and the Acting Country Lead for EdTech Hub in Sierra Leone. With a background in economics and public policy, she brings extensive experience in research, service delivery, and capacity development.
She currently leads the HLR3 Impact of GIS-Supported Teacher Allocation and the Sierra Leone Secondary Education Improvement projects. These initiatives are designed to support the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) and the Teaching Service Commission (TSC) in generating robust evidence to identify the most feasible and cost-effective strategies for improving education outcomes in Sierra Leone.
