Lucas Ronconi is Professor of Economics at Universidad de Buenos Aires and researcher at the National Scientific Research Council (CONICET) in Argentina. His research focuses on labor market institutions in developing countries. He has published extensively on labor informality and enforcement. He studied economics at Universidad de San Andres and received a Ph.D. from the University of California Berkeley. He previously worked at the Institute for Research on Labor and Employment at UC Berkeley. He is also a research fellow at IZA.
