- When presenting a proposal (4:3 ratio) (16:9 ratio) - for applicants invited to present a proposal during a PEP annual conference.
- When presenting a final report or working paper (4:3 ratio) (16:9 ratio) - use of this template is mandatory when presenting PEP research results at a PEP general meeting or study visit
- When presenting at an external event, e.g. national or international conferences - mandatory if your participation is funded by PEP - (16:9 ratio)
