Research Support

PEP selects the projects to be supported under its research initiatives following competitive, international calls for proposals. PEP support includes funding, training, mentorship, peer-review and networking.

PEP research teams are matched with technical, scientific and policy outreach experts, they participate in online and in-person training as well as international study visits, and they attend PEP’s international conferences.

Through this support program, PEP builds and promotes local capacity to produce high quality and policy-engaged research in developing countries.
