Technical experts on sugar tax, food environement and NCD risk factors

Post by Nisha Arunatilake » Wed Oct 30, 2019 4:59 am

We are looking to start a study to better understand the effectiveness of sugar taxes, colour codes on sugar content and regulations to control school canteens on reducing non-communicable disease risk factors. Can anyone suggest literature on this subject? Contacts of any researchers who have done similar work is also welcome.
