The proposal should refer to the literature that explores the impact of infrastructure on women, and particularly consider in what ways it expects electrification to have different effects by gender. If it is expected to reduce women's time use, for example, how would that happen? Or is it more likely to have impacts on household production, and if so, are men or women expected to benefit more, and through what pathways?
