Your proposed statistical analysis seems rather exploratory/descriptive. Many alternative methods are applied and a global assessment is expected from their overall interpretation. This strategy induces important omissions in terms of statistical assumptions and data availability. For instance, the PSM requires conditioning on pre-treatment exogenous variables. You propose an endogenous switching regression to solve for this, yet, an exclusion restriction is typically required to engage in this estimation, this is analogue to an instrumental variable. What would that be?
