Hi Albert,

Tese are some comments for you:

- non-farm activities and farming: substitutes or complements?
- complement individual-level analysis with hh-level analysis
- use of the Tobit model: be aware of the underlying assumption: the generating mechanisms of selection into non-farming activities and the positive non-farm income are he same; such an assumption, which needs to be tested formally, is relaxed a typical two-stage selection model (such as Heckman, hurdle).
