feedback on presentation

Good to focus on gender gaps in productivity, especially in agriculture.
There is an interesting and growing body of literature on factors contributing to the gender gaps in agricultural productivity in Sub-Saharan Africa, for example articles in a 2015 special issue of Agricultural Economics vol 46 n 3 with studies on Nigeria, Mozambique, Malawi and more. It would be good to review such literature to help identify main factors contributing to lower female productivity in RDC.

Once main causes are identified, you could run simulations with alternative scenarios in which some of these constraints (e.g. inability to diversify into high-value crops; limited adoption of technology; fertilizers and pesticides use; type of land, etc) are eliminated.

Please provide descriptive statistics on the gender composition of employment at a finer level of detail (possibly by as many sectors as you have in your SAM), as well as information of earning gaps.

You mention unemployment is higher among women. Is there literature that tries to explain why?

Thank you very much for your comments and references! Taking these comments into account will improve this research proposal, especially with regard to productivity and gender! These comments will allow us to correctly specify the productivity equation!
