the area of study is really an interesting one whose results will be interesting to see. I personally would like to see if the study could attempt to bring out some indications why the phenomenon of early child bearing and early marriages is predominately a sub Saharan Africa problem. Could it be there are more underlying problems that are causing the persistence of the problem even where concerned countries have put in place some measures to redress the situation? it might be that not unearthing this underlying problem is actually the problem with regards to women labour participation.
The second point i make is that there is need to try and estimate the real and perceived return to education vs the return to early marriages in some of these localities where the problem persists.
