IS not your model a multi sector one instead of a two-sector model ?

+ Jales (2017) extends Doyle(2006)one sector model to a dual labor market model. This is important since in the latter case affected formal workers can migrate to the informal sector or unemployment. Since you are focusing on domestic workers, one tends to believe that this occupation is your population of interest. If that is the case, is your model accounting for the possibility of transitioning out of your population? A priori, I do not think so since the original model assumes that the population is bounded to the formal/infromal/unemployment universe.

Congrats for the good work
