Corporate Members

The Corporate Members, the latest entity created as part of the recent revision (2016) of the PEP governance structure, are responsible for electing members of the Board of Directors, to approve changes in by-laws and governance, as well as to admit and terminate Partners.

Composed of representatives of the PEP Partner Institutions, Research Fellows and the voting members of the Board of Directors, the Corporate members meet once a year during the PEP Annual Conference.
