The workshop was held at the Asia Banquet Hall of the Angelo King International Center Malate, Manila, Philippines

This meeting will convene representatives from different national, local and women’s sector to discuss how we could make the planning and budgeting module as complementary as possible to the efforts that are being done to further improve budgeting and planning capabilities at the local level. This meeting also aims to showcase recent developments in the budgeting and planning policies for local governments such as the Rationalized Planning System being introduced by the Department of Interior and Local Government as well as the Updated Manual on Planning and Budgeting at the local level being introduced by the Department of Budget and Management.
